If sent from the 'High Fives' dashboard, an email notification will be sent to the recipient immediately. Where you send the High Five from will depend on when the recipient is notified. You can High Five people outside of 15Five either from within your Check-in or from the 'High Fives' dashboard. Give the High Five as normal, but the recipient's email address rather the name of a fellow 15Fiver. If you enable the High Five "Trending Values" Leaderboard in your High Five feature settings, your team can also see which company values are trending at any given time on the High Fives Dashboard (in-app link). Enabling this ability helps make sure your company values stay top-of-mind. Once values are added, an account admin (in-app link) can turn on the "Enable hashtags in High Fives" option in High Five feature settings, which allows employees to use company values as #hashtags when giving high fives. Company value #hashtagsĪccount admins are able to add your company's values to 15Five. If you don't see the option to when giving a Hive Five, have one of your account admins (in-app link) check out our "Enable for your company" Help Center article. But account admins can also manage whether or not they'd like to enable the option for individuals to give high fives to groups or the entire company by them. groups or the entire companyīy default, people can give High Fives to individuals. You can give public high fives via any of the methods covered in this article. Public high fives are visible to everyone in your company, whereas private high fives are visible to only the giver and receiver of the high fives.Ĭurrently, it's only possible to give private high fives from within Check-ins.
